FOR ID AND RESIDENCE PROOF
- Scanned copies of Driver’s License/Passport (Foreign Nationals & NRIs)/Voter’s ID/PAN Card

- Scanned copies of electricity or gas bills with address/monthly bank statements or phone bills with the address.

- ID Proof: Mandatory submission of a notarized copy of the passport
- Address Proof: Bank statements, electricity bills or phone bills not less than 2 months old.
FOR REGISTERED OFFICE
In order to register a company in India, an actual office has to be registered as well. For this, the submission of an electricity bill or any other bills with the address is necessary. In addition, the rental agreement of the premises along with a letter of consent from the landlord authorizing the use of the property as the registered office or the sale of deed is also required.
